In line with the three stages of evolution of professionals in organisations (specialist, manager, leader), our coaching services are divided into three levels of interventions.
Our Three Different Levels of Our Coaching Services:
1. Competencies Coaching (know how to DO BETTER)
This type of coaching is aimed at the professional or the specialist, who wants to acquire a new technique or raise his level of competencies.
The coach himself / herself must know how to master the competencies in question and play the role of a personal trainer, who communicates his / her technical knowledge, combined with the role of a sports coach, who lavishes encouragement and personal advice on the coachee.
2. Coaching for Performance (know how to WIN)
This type of coaching isaimed at the manager or at the leader, who wants to achieve a very challenging goal. The objective can be set in terms of time (e.g. a specific date), quantity (e.g. a certain turnover), quality (e.g. respect of specifications, articles and conditions) or behaviour (e.g. provide constructive feedback).
The coach does no longer need to be a specialist. He / she is rather a stimulator of potential. He / she does the mental and emotional preparation to allow his/her coachee to optimise his/her resources and to go beyond his/her limits.
The coach makes sure that the coachee is totally aware of the complex system in which he/she evolves and helps him/her to manage all relational and communicational parameters until he/she will have reached the final goal.
3. Coaching for Excellence (know how TO BE)
This type of coaching is aimed above all at the leader, but can also concern the manager who has already benefited from coaching for performance. It is equally valid for each person who looks for the “real meaning of life” and who wants to achieve his “life mission”.
The coach helps the coachee to acquire a « vision » and to communicate it. He allows that the coachee discovers the meaning (in terms of significance and direction) and the way in which he/she can share it.
The coach playing the role of a ‘mentor’, sometimes guide and sometimes co-explorer, makes the coachee discover the different aspects of identity and of reality.
He helps the client to contact the dimension of the spirit and to progress towards his/her interior sovereignty, while accomplishing his professional mission with much better control. The coach helps to build bridges, to link all dimensions of the client’s life and to achieve interdependence of all that exists (holistic dimension).
