8. Evaluations at 4 levels
We ask for delegate feedback after every course, both immediately after the course and after a fixed time following the training. Detailed and customised on-line reports are produced for management. In addition to the above, we incorporate 360º feedback for a number of our programmes.
We also offer on-line facilities to assess and report on the whole process of a 4-stages evaluation approach, i.e. immediate reaction, application of learning, change in behaviour and change in bottom-line results.
